From this page you can view the courses you are signed up for. If you are visiting for the first time please take a moment to investigate the VLE. 

Click on your course and see if you can find the following - live session link, weekly resources/homework section, lesson recordings. 

Once you are happy with where everything is, if you are in a group course visit the discussion forum and introduce yourself on the main thread.
